Rule 13
Formation of Ijalas
(1) In accordance with this regulation, the formation of the bench for the hearing of the cases registered in the court and the determination of the payee list shall be by round process.
(2) The formation of the bench and other procedures related to the management of payrolls as per sub-rule (1) shall be as determined in the guidelines on management of payrolls made by the Supreme Court.
